What we do have, is a very particular set of skills. Skills that we’ve acquired over a very long career. Skills that make us a nightmare for pesky foot and leg pain. If you come in to see us now, that’ll be the end of it. We will assess you, we will help you, and we will get rid of your pain.
The need for skillfully crafted orthotics that have the ability to alleviate pain, improve comfort and generally improve the lives of young and old alike are in great demand now more than ever. Our kids are starting competitive sports at a younger age, our community is living to a much longer age, and our working population are continuing to spend long days on their feet, whether it be from a physically demanding job or from the goal to maintain and healthy and active lifestyle. This makes ensuring we are comfortable on our feet, free of injuries and using our bodies optimally just as important as ever.
This is exactly what orthotics do.
As practicing podiatrists, it is the years of seeing the positive impact that our orthotics have on our patient’s injuries, health and overall life that saw Kane Orthotics develop as a specialised part of Perform Podiatry. We don’t just prescribe orthotics as part of what we do. Assessing, prescribing and creating functional custom foot orthotics has been the primary focus of what we’ve been doing and how we’ve been achieving incredible success with our patient for many years. So we felt it was time to let the rest of the world in our little secret.
Kane Orthotics, as part of Perform Podiatry, is the third child of orthotic specialists Martin & Hanan Kane, following their adventurous children, Cyrus & Arya. Together, they have an eye for discerning talented Podiatrists and ensuring that Kane Orthotics is staffed with the best team, technology, and clinical knowledge when it comes to the latest research in foot, ankle and lower limb care & orthotic principles.
Since the additions to their family, Marty and Hanan have further developed their interest in kids podiatry and the role of orthotics in healthy growth and development. They believe that every child has the opportunity to explore, play, learn and grow without being limited by pain or discomfort. They apply the same principles to every child they see as they do their own, which has led to fantastic results for their young patients (and their parents!).
